Assistant Service Manager

ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER

 

One of our west end locations has an immediate opening for an Assistant Service Manager. This is a great opportunity with room for potential advancement.

 

As the Assistant Service Manager, your responsibilities will be to:

  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction, production, and profitability of the service department including the performance of individuals.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures by all personnel.
  • Oversee ongoing training of all service personnel.
  • Develop and implement continuous statistical reports
  • Implement ongoing strategies for service merchandising.
  • Participate actively in regular dealer meetings and departmental sales and profit forecasts.

 

Candidates must:

  • Have effective communication skills, leadership skills, and strong skills in customer relations.
  • Have experience working in a dealership environment
  • Be able to write and close work orders
  • Bilingualism is an asset but not a pre-requisite.
  • Experience using Reynolds & Reynolds is an asset
  • Proof of vaccination is required as Myers has a mandatory vaccination policy – some exceptions can be made for medical reasons
