Service Advisors - Myers Kanata Chev

Service Advisors Wanted

Myers Kanata Chev - located in the palladium auto park - is looking for an outgoing individual to be a Service Advisor and act as the liaison between our customers and Service Technicians.

 

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday. Candidates should have flexible availability.

 

The Service Advisor's responsibilities include greeting customers, listening to requests, scheduling appointments, estimating costs, and verifying warranty coverage.

 

The Service Advisor will ensure they meet our customer service standards by working with customers to determine vehicle problems and maintenance requirements, determine repair timelines, and work with Technicians with an accurate description of concerns.

 

The successful candidate will have excellent customer communication skills and a strong understanding of automotive technology. If you are looking for a new challenge and think you have what it takes, we want to hear from you!

 

Experience is an asset but not required. Ongoing training will be provided.
