SERVICE DRIVE MANAGER
Myers Cadillac Chev Buick GMC – located at 1200 Baseline Rd – has an immediate opening for a Service Drive Manager in our busy service department. This is a great opportunity with room for potential advancement in our large service department.
As the Service Drive Manager, your responsibilities will be to:
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction, production, and profitability of the service department including the performance of individuals.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures by all personnel.
- Oversee ongoing training of all service personnel.
- Develop and implement continuous statistical reports
- Implement ongoing strategies for service merchandising.
- Participate actively in regular dealer meetings and departmental sales and profit forecasts.
- Previous experience in an automotive service department as either a service advisor, manager, etc.
- Previous management experience is considered a huge asset but not required
- Have effective communication skills, leadership skills, and strong skills in customer relations.
- Have experience working in a dealership environment
- Be able to write and close work orders
- Bilingualism is an asset but not required
- Experience using Reynolds & Reynolds is an asset
