Customer Assistance Representative
Myers Cadillac Chevrolet is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team. This is a part-time Customer Assistance Representative position working a minimum of 20 hours a week from Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday. This individual will also be asked to work full-time hours to cover holidays, sick days, etc.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answer all incoming calls and distribute them to the necessary department
- Answering general customer inquiries and passing necessary information to the correct people
- Checking the status of customer vehicles that are in for service
Automotive experience/knowledge is considered an asset, but not mandatory. Bilingualism is considered an asset, but not required. Ongoing training will be provided.
Candidates must enjoy working in a structured and supportive team environment. Candidates must also have excellent telephone manners and be able to multitask.
The working environment is an open area overlooking our showroom in a comfortable natural light setting. An on-site cafe is also available providing home-cooked meals from breakfasts, lunch, and dinners.
