ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER
Our service department is growing! Myers Barrhaven Hyundai has an opening for an Assistant Service Manager. This is a great opportunity with room for advancement.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction, production and profitability of the service department including the performance of individuals.
- Ensure compliance with Hyundai policies and procedures by all personnel.
- Hire and oversee ongoing training of all service personnel.
- Develop and implement continuous statistical reports
- Implement ongoing strategies for service merchandising.
- Participate actively in regular dealer meetings and departmental sales and profit forecasts.
- Have effective communication skills, leadership skills and strong skills in customer relations
- Have experience working in a dealership environment
- Bilingualism is an asset but not a pre-requisite
- Experience using ERAccess is an asset
