Service Manager Required

Myers Barrhaven Hyundai is looking for a Service Manager to lead their service department.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Automotive experience is required.
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is required.
• Experience working in a dealership environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of service policies and procedures.
• Effective communication skills.
• The ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities in the service department.
• Developing and maintaining service staff
• Establishing strong working relationships with service personnel, all dealership managers, the general public and suppliers.
• Motivating staff and maintaining positive customer relations.

Candidates with the desire and ability to lead the department to the next level in production, profitability and customer satisfaction will be considered.
