Service Advisor - Myers Ottawa Nissan
SERVICE ADVISOR - MYERS OTTAWA NISSAN
We are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our team!
Tasks Include:
- Advise customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining their vehicles
- Scheduling service appointments
- Dealing with customer’s inquiries and complaints
- Follow up progress of each repair order during the day, ensuring to contact customers by telephone regarding changes in the estimate or time promised
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments and return phone messages promptly
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of our Reynolds system is considered an asset
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork
- Excellent listening skills
