Warranty Clerk/Dispatcher Required

Myers Barrhaven Toyota – located at 4123 Strandherd Drive – is looking for a Warranty Clerk/Dispatcher to join our Service Department team!

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Processing all warranty claims to Toyota
• Understanding and explaining Toyota policies as they apply to various claims
• Submitting daily claims on strict timelines
• Delegating all work to shop technicians
• Handling of all internal work orders
• Motivating shop staff to meet shop productivity and efficiency goals

An ideal candidate will have:

• A valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of automotive mechanics
• Energy and enthusiasm necessary in communicating and motivating shop staff
• Proven organizational skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical language in easy-to-understand terms
• Reynolds experience and experience using ERAccess are considered assets.
