What you will do:

  • Make customer and employee satisfaction a top priority.
  • Hire, coach & mentor departmental staff members and assist with their future career growth aspirations.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with our suppliers.
  • Work cohesively with other dealership departments.
  • Oversee inventory management ordering, receiving & invoicing parts.
  • Implement ongoing strategies for Parts Marketing and growth.
  • Manage and assist your team to provide our customers and technicians with quotes and orders using various online catalogs for a wide variety of vehicles.
  • Participate actively in regular dealer meetings and departmental sales and profit forecasts.


For this role, come equipped with:

  • Reynolds and Reynolds DMS experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Part’s Manager, preference will be given to candidates with General Motors experience.
  • Must have a high attention to detail, effective communication, leadership, and strong customer relations skills.
  • The ability to learn new systems and processes.
  • The ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently with little or no supervision.
  • Knowledge of automotive fundamentals.
  • The ability to multi-task in a fast paced and demanding environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills
