Customer Assistance Representative

Myers Cadillac Chevrolet is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team. This is a full-time Customer Assistance Representative position working Monday to Thursday 2:30 pm – 9:00 pm, Friday 2:30 am – 6:00 pm and a Saturday rotation.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Answering general customer inquiries
  • Scheduling service appointments

 

Automotive experience/knowledge is considered an asset, but not mandatory. Bilingualism is considered an asset, but not required. Ongoing training will be provided.

Candidates must enjoy working in a structured and supportive team environment. Candidates must also have an excellent telephone manner and be able to multi-task.

The working environment is an open area overlooking our showroom in a comfortable natural light setting. An on-site cafe is also available providing home-cooked meals from breakfasts, lunch, and dinners.
