Part-Time Administrative Marketing Assistant

 

The Myers Automotive Group is looking for an organized individual to fulfill a part-time administrative marketing assistant position. This is a part-time position working a maximum of 25 hours a week with flexible daytime hours.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the customer name file for accuracy and completeness such as conducting daily calls to our customer base to update addresses, emails, etc.
  • Systematically updating customer contact information in compliance with CASL rules.
  • Responsible for assisting the running of all daily letters and emails for the purpose of marketing our customers. E.g. Service Reminder Letters, Body Shop Follow-up Letters, End of Day Letters, etc.

 

Qualifications include:

  • Have proven organizational skills
  • Have the motivation and drive to work independently with little supervision
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Have demonstrated reliability in attendance
