SERVICE ADVISOR - MYERS NISSAN BELLS CORNERS

We are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our team!

 

Tasks Include:

  • Advise customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining their vehicles
  • Scheduling service appointments
  • Dealing with customer’s inquiries and complaints
  • Follow up progress of each repair order during the day, ensuring to contact customers by telephone regarding changes in the estimate or time promised
  • Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments and return phone messages promptly
  • Additional duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of our Reynolds system is an considered an asset
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork
  • Excellent listening skills
