Service Manager Required!
One of Ottawa’s leading west end Import dealerships has a fantastic opportunity for a Service Manager for their fast-paced service department.
We’re looking for a game-changer, someone who makes things happen and can build and lead a team. The ideal candidate will have solid service experience with knowledge and understanding of service policies and procedures but who also wants to usher in the future of automotive! Reynolds & Reynolds experience is required and you must work well in a team environment.
You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the activities in the department, developing and maintaining its staff, establishing strong working relationships with service personnel, all dealership managers, the general public and suppliers. Your effective communication skills will be key in motivating staff and maintaining positive customer relations.
Candidates with the desire and ability to lead the department to the next level in production, profitability and customer satisfaction will be considered.
